Instagram hacked

My Instagram account has been hacked and the person has changed the email it is linked to.  My account is still active, is there anyway I can get back into it? Thanks for any help or advice.

I'm sorry to hear that your Instagram account has been hacked, are you trying to use a Virgin Media email address or need access to a Virgin Media email address to get back into it?
