Simple question really: is the default settings password provided on the base of my recently acquired Hub 3 unique to my/that device? If so, I will feel no need to change it for security reasons- unlike previous easily discoverable defaults such as "admin". Thanks.

Is it unique? Yes.
Should you change it? That's up to you. It's a single use password anyway, as you will be forced to change it before you can access any other settings on the Hub.
