Hub 2 password change

Hi there, I changed the password on my hub 2 router and i have not been able to log back onto it with my devices. I did a factory reset (60 seconds with the pin button) and the original password isn’t being recognised now. 

any suggestions on how to fix this?

You are using the settings password, not the wifi password?  That's a mistake I and a good few others have managed.

thanks for your response. For some reason the reset didn’t work and the password I had used and saved did not work on my devices. I have since changed the password again which has resolved the issue.
