My friend is adamant they are being DDoSed and I an unable to locate the Firewall Log I have on my Hub 2ac on theirs.
There is no firewall log option on Hub 3 sorry.
Enabling Modem Mode on Hub 3 and connecting a 3rd party router or downloading firewall monitoring software would be the workaround choices for your friend.
I saw your reply to a similar query. Could I use my old Hub 2 as a 3rd party router on my Hub 3 and if so, how do I go about it please?

Hi Winslet, I,m really sorry but you wouldn't be able to use your old hub 2 as well as your hub 3.0 as you can only have one virgin media hub, you can purchase any 3rd party hub and put your hub 3.0 into modem mode. ^PDe
