OK, so we all get phishing emails, and we all have a responsibility to get education and handle them sensibly,
BUT, with all the sophistication that Virgin has (if they don't, why the hell do I give them all this money every month???).....
SURELY Virgin should have email filters that spots emails headed "Virgin Media <firstname.lastname@example.org>" .....
AS OPPOSE TO "Virgin Media <email@example.com>".....
and sorts this **bleep** out before it gets to customers?????? C'mon Virgin, get your act together!!!!
I have also received a phishing email this morning, with the exact same wording.
