I joined the "ask the community" section last night. This morning I had a welcome message, within minutes I`ve also had a private message from Honey97 asking about sex partners in the area. How can Virgin allow these sort of messages with links on their help boards? Strange thing is, we were getting these messages on mobile too (now changed to Smarty and messages have stopped. Is this something to do with Virgin Media internally?

Have you used the "report as inapproriate" option in that PM, to report it to the forum moderators?
