I have a F-Secure subscription which I am now being told needs renewing, but I upgraded my VM account to include Home Works in March and was told that F-Secure was included. I have spoken with both VM and F-Secure helpdesks and neither have been able to resolve the problem.
Can someone please advise me how to get this sorted as I only have a couple of days remaining on my current F-Secure subscription.
