Green box outside property

I would like to report a green virgin media box directly outside my property it is unsecured with doors and lock not operating correctly and there are lots of cables that are preventing the doors from closing.

this has been like this for several months and nothing has been done to repair this even though we have seen several Virgin Media engineers attend site for other purposes they have just used electrical tape to hold doors shut which has failed as soon as it has rained.

I'm sorry to hear about the cabinet causing issues on public grounds, definitely not what we wish to hear!
