Help, I have been notified that I have had a hard credit search done by virgin media on myself
Yet I have not now nor have I in the last 8 years had or applied for a virgin media account
This has impacted my credit score heavily and I know that this search has either been done in error or fraud.
Can someone please tell me how this this has happened and how it can be rectified

Consider raising the matter with the Data Protection Officer by writing to either:
