Fraud

someone is impersonate me using a virgin media account ,  [removed]@virginmedia.com"

They are using this account to contact my employees using my name and this account to send bogus emails asking for money to be transferred.  How do i get Virgin to look into this ?

Please can you save any emails you have from this person as a PDF and then forward this to phishing@virginmedia.com with a brief explanation of what's happening.
