Does Virgin Media have the world’s worst customer service? I have been a victim of identity theft and Virgin the victim of financial theft, but despite trying to get through to their fraud team 4 TIMES, and having the details taken four times, I have received none of the promised call-backs.
Does anyone know how to get around this incompetence?
