I noticed a hard search on my credit score from Virgin on 28th September. I had not applied for credit.
A payment came out of my bank account on 11th October as a direct debit for Virgin Mobile. I did not create this direct debit.
I have contacted my bank and they are dealing with getting my money back and adding more security to this account.
What do I do now? This is a very serious matter.
