I have used it before but not through virgin media. I have only just got virgin media two weeks ago. I have looked for the key but have been unable to find it.

I am having the same problem. I have been with virgin for years but only just joined f secure. I have 12 days left of the 30 day trial & have still not been given a key. I have never used them before.

How did you register for F-Secure? The 12 month offer only works with the right link from Virgin Media that will tell F-Secure's sign up system that you qualify.

I clicked on f secure on my apps then get f secure safe & f secure key button.

Select Get F-Secure SAFE and F-Secure KEY and then Register for F-Secure.
