I want to cancel the f secure, didn’t realise you have to pay. Anyone know how?

Hi Elbow25,

Just send a text with a description of cancel F-Secure to 07533 051809.

Your message will go into a queue and a representative will respond to you as soon as possible, however it can take a couple of hours.

I believe it's free for the first 3 months, however after that you won't be charged unless you actually sign up for the service.

Welcome to our community and thanks for posting. Sorry to hear that you would like to cancel our F-Secure security.

 

As our valued member @newapollo has already given you some great advice already, have you managed to speak to a member of the team to cancel your subscription? You do get the first 3 months for free, and it is the £30 for the year. For more information check the link here.
