Hello. I have had several virginmedia and ntlworld email accounts severely compromised in the last week. It started with receiving an email stating that that account had been hacked and asking for a ransom in bitcoin. Over the next few days this was followed by messages from dating sites, Uber and other unmentionable, in that account, and this pattern of events then spread one by one to other email accounts I have with virginmedia. I have been trying to replace the passwords for each email account but the website does not seem to let me do this. I have now lost access to some of these email accounts completely and am at my wits end as to what to do next!
How can I get someone at virginmedia to help me resolve these very serious problems quickly, please?
