Hello I’ve received emails today for somebody’s account not mine spent 2 hours on the phone trying to resolve this at this point they say there is nothing they can do ! Apparently they don’t have a fraud department or managers working at virgin surely it can’t be difficult to remove a email address!!!!

How do you know it was from VM?
