Email password Reset

Apparently "Please try changing your password in the first instance as this may unlock the account following a security precaution taken by our email team."

So, thanks email team for the notification about this. Didn't have anything better to do with my day. And when trying to follow your instructions I get the message "Oops, we've ran into a problem.
Wait a minute and try again. If this doesn't work, please come back later. (Code: DEF01)" after "Please ensure you provide the email address you use to sign in to My Virgin Media."

It's the email address I've had since NTL days. You know, when the system worked....

(And what's the point of the tickbox below this "email me when someone replies" when you have no access to your emails thanks to someone at your end screwwing up the system?)

Now sorted. 
It was my phone app telling me that the login wasn't working which prompted me to try and login via my PC. The same "email not available" message came up from scratch even after changing the password via the main account page. It seems the emails are back up and working again so assume it was a glitch in the system.
