With reference to the above problem posted a few weeks ago, I am have been asked to update my password on 4 or 5 occasions over the last week or so and have received the 'malware' e-mail notification as a reason.

Norton scans show no malware on a PC/laptop/android devices. I haven't scanned apple devices as I understand that they can't get malware on them??

How can I find what the 'suspicious activity' that is triggering the locked mailboxes is?

Thanks

Hi @RJH1,

Thank you for your post and welcome to our community forums. We're here to help.

I'm really sorry to hear that you're having this issue. Have you followed all of the instructions detailed on the email and/or letter you've received? We would advise running virus scans on all devices that use the associated email address, and to also check for and remove any unfamiliar apps that you may come across.

Thanks,
