we have tried the steps there, I believe he has set his email up as a recovery email so he can still get in I can see that he is re-setting my account passwords for other websites. I have changed my password and security questions and removed other active users on the session but he is still getting back into my account.
Do the steps on all email addresses associated with your account. Check the auto-forwarding rules and filters, especially. Disable the filters temporarily - don't delete them - the proof of who is doing this may be there!.
Do not re-use any old passwords. Use a fresh clean one - with as many characters as possible.
Hi, my Virgin e-mail account has somehow been used to send spam and has been locked as a result. Any of the information I try to enter to change my password (my date of birth, mother's maiden name, account number and area reference, date and amount of last bill) is declared to be 'wrong'. I have tried several times to use the live chat, only to get a message each time about how 'crazy busy' it is and to try again later. Trying to avoid what I fear will be a lengthy and frustrating call to Customer Services ... can anyone help?
