E-mail account was somehow used to send spam ...

 ... and has been locked as a result. Any of the information I try to enter to change my password (my date of birth, mother's maiden name, account number and area reference, date and amount of last bill) is declared to be 'wrong'. I have tried several times to use the live chat, only to get a message each time about how 'crazy busy' it is and to try again later. Trying to avoid what I fear will be a lengthy and frustrating call to Customer Services ... can anyone help?

Hi Martin, yes I do ... my broadband, TV and landline services are all Virgin Media.

Yes, it and my work e-mail account (which I had to use to receive the activation mail for these boards) are the only 2 I have.
