My child safe options are switched off. I have confirmed this via phone call with virgin media. I have tried switching them on and then off multiple times. Despite this, Certain websites are still being blocked with the virgin media message that my child safe options are blocking the site. Please help me disable this function, I have seen multiple posts but they seem to handle it via direct message between the enquirer and virgin media.
