Child Safe can't be disabled

Tried couple times on disabling the child safe function. The web said I disabled but the result is negative. Please have someone to assist from the backend which I have seen couple of cases from other customers happening right now.

Hi David,

If your firewall is so powerful, you should be able to see what has been blocked by my IP address.

I have tried couple of popular 18+ websites. None of them can be accessed. Please PM me for the troubleshooting. It took too long to get this fixed.
