Changing phone contact details

I need to change the contact mobile number that Virgin hold for my account, but can't see how to do this online? Any suggestions that don't involve being on hold for 90 minutes to talk to someone?

It should be on your online account under your personal information section.

No, that option doesn’t exist. I can change name, email, user name, password and security question but not my contact number. Reading other posts I’m not the first person to have this problem...

I also cannot see where to change my contact phone number. I had it changed via the live chat but this is painfully slow.

I would like to know how to do it myself.

The option isn't visible in my preferences.

Hello @Tonyr2,

I am sorry you are unable to see how to change this.

If you log into your mobile account and go to 'my profile' there should be an option for you to update the contact details.
