So, I called up on my Mum's behalf to get her phone line fixed (after 5 tries) and she ended up being sent 2 bills in one month! Just called them and it appears they have changed the direct debit date without any consent! It is being chased up, but I only called to book an engineer and whoever I spoke to in India changed the date for no reason meaning Mum had a larger bill to pay. I called to report the phone line, no mention of any direct debit change!!
