Today (7th September 2020) i have had an automated message left on my answer machine saying on the lines of this -
"Within the next 4 hours ring to sort out your router issues with get in touch with technical support for new router and reconnection of internet service, press 1 for your internet provider"
I am not having any issues with my internet and was just checking if anyone else had received a call.
I think this is a scam and just wanted to make virgin media aware and the virgin media community
You are correct, 100% a scam.
