After my last session I was asked to answer some questions about the session.
When I submitted my answers I got an error message
Authentication Failed.
Which rather sums up my whole experience with VM recently.
I know exactly what happens in IT departments having worked in one myself.
Somebody has a bright idea that will make the users upset.
They think that the system would be great if it wasn't for users.
Well I don't have to suffer any more.
