2ac password reset https//192.168.0.1

Hi

I am trying to change the password on my super hub, I'm on the settings page where I need to put in my settings password I assume this to be my current password on my router but it doesn't work I have then applied my router default password on the bottom of the hub that doesn't work either

any suggestions? I have been on the phone to virgin for half an hour and given up

Hello

If the box isn't accepting the password then the only option now would be to do a full reset of the hub, be aware this will wipe all settings off the box.

1) Press and hold the reset button on the back of the hub for 60 secs.

2) After 60 secs release the button do not power off the hub, wait for the lights to stabilize and then you should be able to login with the default password.

hi, I've reset my hub to change my password. When trying to save the new password its telling me to enter words/numbers between 4 - 15 only. I have tried different combinations and it will not allow me to save
