Ordinarily you'll find a network cable socket on the back of the PC, you use an ethernet cable to attach that to any socket on the Hub 3.  If you need to buy a network cable, buy a Cat 6a cable or the right length - cheap as chips from any online supplier, particularly if you can get free delivery.

Do you mean how to connect your non-wifi-capable PC to the VM hub using wifi or do you mean how to connect not using wifi at all?

The first answer would be to get a plug in wireless adapter or card. The second answer would be to use a RJ45 network cable.
