wifi hub delivery delay

I ordered the wifi hub on first day of july. On the CIS form it tells that the wifi hub would come at July 5th, but it still did not come until today. I cannot register the virgin media account and have no clue how to track my order, just wanna know how long it takes to dispatch my order.
