there is not any compatible wall socket. And the help team does not pick up the phone call.

And stay on the page for a moment of two on the right hand side there should
appear a chat icon.

Click this and get booked in!

And do u know how much it cost to add the wall socket from virgin media engineer? If it’s too much, I may just swap to another broadband to make it easier. 

They shouldn't charge you for this as it is something you need to receive the service.
