I have ordered a virgin media wifi hub to self install but I do not have a wall socket what should I do? i have spoken to 3 advisors and cant seem to get anywhere.

The cable can be a loose wire as well as a socket,  external cables may give a clue as to the location.

Failing that phone the Pre-installation and delivery team on 0800 052 1734 explain the situation.

called the delivery team and they managed to book a technician for me. Thank you very much 🙂
