I asked to be downgraded, so I wasn't paying too much on my monthly bill, and all was fine, next week i decide to cancel the VM technician that was due to come move the router up stairs
I believe there was a miscommunication between me and the customer support as he was not based in uk. He not only canceled my appointment, but also canceled my downgrade. Now they are refusing to give me that deal I had for "100mb" package at £30 per month for a year.
I feel this is unfair as this was not my fault, and would like somebody from virgin media to amend this issue for me.
