virgin box and cables exposed outside house

Previous occupier left virgin box and cables exposed outside house, they need to be removed, how do I get a VM engineer to sort this out?

I'm so sorry to hear that there's some unwanted cabling and equipment outside of the home. Would you mind providing photos of what you're referring to as @-tony- has also suggested so we can advise further?
