Last year i enquired repeatedly about getting Virgin installed to my property. I live an a street where canle runs to number 38, then stops. The pits, pots outside house, pipe in pavement are there, just no cable run. Spotters have been out and acknowledged its a fairly easy job...so why a year later am i still nowhere near being connected?! My neighbours have also shown interest but got same response. Surely given the civils work is done, this would be a no brainer to run the cable?!
