We had a full renovaton last year and haven't used our Virgin TV media for almost a year now as the entry lines or ports have been closed, the old room where the TV box used to be was completely knocked down. We thought we'll leave it as we were happy watching Netflix. But now that we have a new television up in the new room in the loft, just wondering if how do we go about getting re-connected. Do we need a Virgin media engineer to ensure we have a proper connection? Thanks!
