hi, I left Virgin 2 months ago and due to COVID I was asked to return the router a month ago. Nothing has been received and then I've requested a new return pack and again nothing received. I dont want to be charged for nothing I have the router in thew original box and I can post it just to know where and what information to put with the pack.
I was with an advisor on the chat and was told to go to the store with my router, just in some box and to give some details to the store and they should be able to send it to you and to give receipt.. not the best option but will try this today tomorrow and I dont want to be charged.. 😞
So that I can look into this further and find out what has happened and we maybe able to send out an address label by email. Please could you proviede the information and I can also look into the charges on your account.
