Hi, I am completely confused. I end my broadband contract by notice as i moved abroad. My last day using service was on the 30th July. Virgin send me the bill date was on 15th July (full amount £46) and they still sending the bills on the 2nd of August £9.20 and 14th of August £9.20. Why? I have been writing to resolution team but so far no respond yet (2 weeks!) I have not received confirmation about ending contract and also I can not see my bills as account does not working anymore. Please help me understanding! I can call virgin as I moved abroad. Thank you.
