regular disconnects in bs7

foe years now  I have been experiencing regular disconnects of my connection I'm using a superhub 3 in modem mode with an AirPort Extreme when  it works this setup is excellent looking at the log I see the below  : (the sync errors correspond with the disconnects I think ) often it seems to self resolve in a few minutes or I force a modem reboot 

I have been offered a frankly insulting credit to my account by way of compensation but really what I want is acknowledgement of. fault and a fix fortunately im movie soon t an area without vm and cant wait to be on a different provider with genuine fibre to the remises 🙂

anybody else in the area experience the same?

Could be various things like noise or signal levels. Please post your up/downstream stats.

it should also be noted that at least three other vm customers on my street are experiencing the issues as me !
