Hi,

i still have not heard or got the £50 credit, my mum followed the link, please could you look into this please? thank you

Hi Scott,

 

Sorry to hear that you're yet to receive your referral credit. We can certainly look to resolve this for you, you can also find plenty of information online.

 

Have you received any emails confirming that your referral was successful or that your mum has placed her order?

 

Did your mum get confirmation that she would receive the credit?

 

Could you also confirm what date your mum was/is due to be installed?

she is having the services installed on the 16th sept, we have had no emails or letters, i hope you can help.

Hi Scott,

 

Thank you for confirming. As per the FAQs linked above, you would receive your credit 28 days after your mum has been installed.

 

If you're confident that your mum followed the process correctly, then you should both receive your credits in due course. If you haven't received this towards the end of October, please give us another shout and we can investigate further.
