random disconnects and reboots

since about a month i have those annoying reboots that last anywhere from 5 minutes to few hours without service,

I thought it's a router, but it was replaced few days ago and it's still the same.

it can be once or 10 times a day, sometimes it reboots few times in a row leaving me with no service for an hour or two.

You need a technician as your Downstream power is too high, range should be -6 to +10, and the Upstream in borderline low, range 34 to 51.

can I sort it out here or I need to call customer service and wait for hours listening that broken music?

Check with Area faults on  0800 561 0061 or if you have a VM landline 150

If no faults found:

Call Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait a day or two for a VM staff member to get to your post.
