"Not available in your region" error using 4 On Demand in UK

Hi,

We've been unable to use our 4OD app for several weeks. 

We're not using VPN, and we're based in the UK.

We stream on a Roku streambar, and we've reset both the streambar and the internet router.

Create another Roku account in your region. Factory reset the Roku and and link it to your new account.

Thanks.

I tried this, but it didn't work.

Looking at the FAQ on the channel 4 app, it says this might be caused by how our ISP set up/manages our account.

I've looked on the Virgin media website for help with this, but no luck. 

I'm hoping a Virgin Media support person can assist by looking into our account and making sure everything is as it should be.

Hi @CC72 

At present there isn't really an answer to this All4 problem. It's even affecting users that have Sky.

Roku community aren't much help either, just suggesting uninstalling and reinstalling All4 https://community.roku.com/
