Got my "pre contract" documents in email last week. Today I rang Virgin, pre contract team to schedule an engineer. They could not help me as I had no account number. But I received no other emails, no letters. Will I get one or will my order not arrive? It matters to me to be connected at specific date and am worried broadband box will never arrive now.

I had no calls from Virgin numbers in 3 weeks. Although I had calls, which after checking come up as warning confirmed spam which I definitely won't answer. Why have I not had any letters sent to me yet? I just don't wish to be a victim of a scam which I can see happening if all is getting sorted via phone. Thank you

If so were they able to retrieve the order reference?
