how do I correct a failure of tcp port 80,8080,80,7287,7288,8081?

I am not able to watch catch up tv. I run a network test and port configuration test. the message said the router failed on the ports noted and to contact isp

I followed the instructions given in the thread answer to my original question. That said, if you are having problems watching catch up tv from virgin media as you receive a message saying you can't receive it you may want to go to help and settings then reset tivo box. I have found this works every time.
