no wall socket

My hub3 order has arrived. but there is no socket compatible with it at home. I called by phone but gave all my information, even bank sort code included. but she was obsessed with the password. As you can see, she could not help and I am writing to you. You need to send someone for installation or socket.

Call the Pre-installation and delivery team on 0800 052 1734 for help completing the Hub installation.

If an engineer is offered - accept that.

I am so sorry that you have faced this issue with your installation and thank you to Client62 for their advise. 

 

I can see that you have an appointment arranged with an engineer now, are you able to let us know how things are looking after the appointment?
