no inside socket/connection

received my quickstart box today only to find i have nothing inside the house to connect it to.

went outside to the VM casing, removed it and saw 2 wires, pulled on these and they have been cut so i am unable to connect them

how do i go about either getting someone to fix this (at no cost to me), or, just cancel and send everything back?
