no confirmation email received

Hello,

I've put an order today over the phone for the newbuild, was given the appointment plus account number and had to setup a password.
Was told I'll receive confirmation email with the package and appointment but nothing arrived after couple of hours. 
Should I start to worry as usually confirmation emails arrive in an hour max?

Have you checked junk/spam folders as emails sometimes accidentally go in there.

Okay no worries, it can sometimes take 24 hours so keep an eye and let me know if not received by tomorrow.

Or the email address was entered with a typo and someone else has your confirmation details.

Thanks guys, so the first email 'Welcome to eBilling from Virgin Media' arrived just past midnight. There's nothing about appointment but I'm sure everything's ok as the account number is the same as received over the phone 🙂
