I've put an order today over the phone for the newbuild, was given the appointment plus account number and had to setup a password. Was told I'll receive confirmation email with the package and appointment but nothing arrived after couple of hours. Should I start to worry as usually confirmation emails arrive in an hour max?
Thanks guys, so the first email 'Welcome to eBilling from Virgin Media' arrived just past midnight. There's nothing about appointment but I'm sure everything's ok as the account number is the same as received over the phone 🙂
