new account number not showing online

Hi we recently moved and because we moved area codes we were told we had to sign a new contract and now have a new account number.

The new account number does not appear on my online profile, only the old one.

If I try to register with the new account number I cannot use my email address because it says it is already in use.  How can I keep the same email address and log in details but have it link to my new account number?

We are sorry to hear that you have had difficulties with the online account since moving properties.


Has this been resolved since your last post?


Just to clarify have you tried to create a new online account using a different email address purely to register? Once the account has been created you'll be able to update the preferred email address.
