I have Netflix on my upstairs television but cant get it on the downstairs one I have tried signing out of the upstairs one but the downstairs one just keeps revolving round and round is there a way I can get it on the downstairs one?

Sorry to hear you're unable to access Netflix on your downstairs TV.
Are you still having issues since you last posted?
If so, can you try clearing your cache on the downstairs Box by pressing Home - Thumbs down - Thumbs up - Play - Play - Play.
Then turn off your V6/TiVo Box and turn it back on to see if it helps?

hi Lisa,thanks for the reply but found the answer on the virgin help to take the netflix off and restart it,now working fine on both TVs.
