I recently moved to a new apartment which comes with all the Virgin Media modem and Hub pre-installed. I tried to text connectme to 80011, an didn't worked. I tried the webchat and the customer service who insisted that my apartment is not connected to the virgin network, but all the equipment and cable are installed. What should I do? Why Virgin left their equipment and method to activate the router, but when you want to activate it, it not let you do it?

Is the internet included with your rent or provided by your landlord?

If its a brand new flat and your internet is included, your landlord should have let you know. I have sent you a PM to get a little more information to help

Brand new apartment, different broadband company equipment installed.
On the virgin media leaflet says:'' WIFI is just a text away'', ''this is an exclusive offer for your new home, you won't be able to find it online''
So I 've just went for it, but looks likes is not that easy.
