Hello, I moved to a new house, I brought Virgin's equipment with me and I connected here to the new house, it shows that there is internet but it doesn't work, the wifi connects but doesn't work, how do I activate it? I called virgin and they say that you need to wait for the engineer but he probably will call her and ask to activate. Anybody know? thanks.

Do wired connections work ok? That will identify whether the broadband is working or if this is a wireless issue.
When is your engineer appointment?
